in my opinion i would look at swapping the tranny cooler for a v10 cooler since you will be right there. the 6.o tranny cooler is nice but cost more then your IC!!! the v10 does handle 90% of any cooling need...have a look at that when you look at the boots ..his proice is about the best i have seen on them. also since you would be messing with the tranny lines it may give you the opportunity to move them to fit the ic better.

there are a few write ups I will see if i can find them.
basically the only thing that may be a problem are the transmission lines going to the radiator. not sure if they hit or not ....I have heard of people having to lower the IC
one guy looked like he tack welded a piece of angle iron on.
others say they drop right in.
