Cost of building home on own lot
Does anyone have any idea what it might cost per square foot to build a house on a piece of ground that I already own? I'm in southwest Ohio.
I'm thinking about a 3 or 4 bed/2 bath ranch, full basement, oversized 2 car garage. I would probably go with brick exterior.
