If the 7.3L is doing everything you want I certainly wouldn't trade it with only 55K on it. I get the offers too but there's no way I'm trading my Dmax with 43K on it and taking a hosing on financing and mpg.
There's no doubt the new Super Dutys are sweet but I'm just not a motivated buyer.
