You can still get the Mercon/Dexron III dino fluid. Look at Sam's club. It says something like "for use in vehicles requiring Mercon/Dexron III fluid" on the bottle. The Mercon V fluid is supossed to be reformulated so it will work in our transmissions. I still use the Merco/Dexron III because I can.
