This should help. I also removed the up-pipe and the turbo for other mods at the same time. I would pb blast the 4 bolts on the manifold and try to get them out in one piece. If not, you can cut them and then punch the bolts through, as they are not threaded into the manifolds or up-pipes. But I still had two that were cut and still seized inside. They would not pop through, even with heat and banging. I ended up purchasing a carbide bur for an air grinder. It worked awesome.
