Wow very well listed and easy to understand. I am a diesel tech and have always wrked on the newer 7.3's and current. The icp code, you may want to take a look at the sensor connector. I had had one that was oil fouled due to a failed sensor. The idm fault code may lead to an idm replacement(kinda pricy-module that runs the injectors{idm-injector-driver-module})if you find that all the wiring integrity in tact, thats what the pinpoint test will probably tell you do. The instrument cluster is probably....um for the sake of better words!!!!!!! messed up. If the odometer reads error then that is probably a good sign to get a new one.
