You must have money to burn, if you are willing to purchase new tuning from another tuner simply because people did not post Tony's contact information quickly enough for you. So, that's great that you can afford that. I'm sure there would be quite a few interested in your chip if you are putting it up for sale.

And how can you say that Tony's customer service is bad when it does not sound like you even tried to call him?? You did not even give Tony a chance to answer his phone or return your message. You just tried to find his phone number, which by the way a search on ANY of the diesel websites would have given you that phone number immediately.

Good thing for you there are many tuners out there. Google them all and see who you can find the easiest and go with them. It sounds like that is the most important thing to you anyway.
