If you have a stock turbo, then heads and head gasket are not the problem. The stock turbo itself will probably be the first to go
BOOM! Ford and International and Garrett Turbo engineers all say the red line is 25 PSI with the stock turbo.
Garrett says if you replace the stock turbo with a higher-priced Garrett ball-bearing (BB) turbo, it will safely produce a lot more than 25 PSI without going
BOOM! 
Then you have to worry about head gaskets.
