A V-10 with 4.30's will pull with a 6.4 and 3.73 all day. Truck Trend did a diesel vs gasser test and they claimed that the V-10 with 4.30 rear was very close to the diesel specs except for the 18 degree hill test which you ain't never going to see in real life.
