Yeh, there's nothing like leaving everything stock and fighting to get 17 MPG on a good day.

OTOH, the diesel fuel robbing "devices" can fall off somewhere down the road, a programmer can be used to defeat codes, and I can get 19-21 MPG consistently when driving all interstate with the cruise set at 75. Sure, let me keep those "devices" on my truck along with the mandated active regen
