If law enforcement showed up on my porch and ordered me to leave I would be very tempted to point out the NO TRESPASSING signs that they had passed to get to my door and tell them that the only mandatory evacuation would be them as they got the heck off of my property.
The followup question is, if they order me to leave my property and my property later is burgled while I am not there to defend it, are they liable? I'm sure the answer is no.

In Florida we have many mandatory evacuations. No they don't drag you out by the big toe but if you do stay on the island and change your mind there is no way off the island, they shut the bridges. So once you commit you are there for the long haul like it or not. If you call for EMS, Police, Fire, of if you happen to See Osama you will get no response because they too have left.
I've stayed ALONE with the wife and kif off to the main land or off to NY. My home is exceptionally build and has 150 plus mph rated roof, 4 layer thick glass that you can not penetrate with a 10 inch cinder block, Tremendous strong doors and garage doors, generator, water, ammo yes ammo.
You do take your chances.
