I don't get the MPG drop of ULSD. I had 3 trucks, one 7.3 and two 6.0's and the MPG stayed the same before and after ULSD roll out. I do see MPG loss in winter but that was there in the LSD days too, winter fuel with less cetane the likely culprit there. Maybe a little warm up running to get a warm heater also to blame.
my biggest MPG problem is my right foot and not ignoring trucks passing me when I'm trying to be frugal.
