It's 6 months OR 10k miles.
Thing is, it's not a science. You paid good money to Ford for the research and development of your truck. They know your vehicle very well, and wouldn't give you a bum steer on maintenance intervals. 6 months or 10k miles. Stick to the manual and you're golden.
