Click the pics for larger image.

Here is a pic of my filter setup. The one on the right (1st in line) is a 5 micron whole house water filter from Lowes and the one on the left is the 2 micron fuel filter/water separator from summit racing (made by perma-cool).

Here are the filters I am using in the first (5 micron) filter. DON'T use the one on the left!!! Using the pump I am using I blew the ID out (see next pic). The one on the right has a reinforced ID and is working well SO FAR.

Here is a pic of the filter on the left with a blown ID (didn't even last for 5 gallons).

And here is a pic of the ID of the filter on the right. Notice the reinforced ID. Working well so far.

Here is a link to summit racing for the 2 micron filter/water separator
http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1∂=PRM%2D88864&N=700+400 006+304356+115&autoview=sku
On the right of the screen you will see a section called replacement parts and a part # PRM-81000 which is a link. It is for the replaceable filter cartridge and it's only $14.95.

Hope this helps out some. I would post a pic of my pump hooked up but this site only allows 4 pics per post. If anyone has any more questions just let me know and I will try to answer them.

Jeff
