I will never order another vehicle without all the options again. On this 2000, I got everything including the "One-Up" Front End Spring Beef-Up System Option.
The only thing I did not get was a CD player. It just came with a cassette.
And the Rims, I got the van with stock steels, I ordered a set of the Alcoa's from Southwest Wheel and I'M glad I did.
The Centermatic wheel balancers help keep the front end straight and tight. My van tracks perfect, on a flat HWY I can let go of the wheel and it stays straight.
I put Standyne in my fuel when I fill up, anyone else use it?
