I really appreciate the support from all of you.
I spoke to Ford's customer relations again yesterday about replacing my truck and they said a decision will be made by the end of the day June 10th, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that FMC will do the right thing and just give me a replacement.
The really sad part is my brother a a good friend both bought their 08's (job 1) F250's last summer. I decided to wait awhile while the bugs were worked out before purchasing mine (job 2). Neither of them has had any issues...
