I'd say antenna as well, but there should be enough tension on that plug that it SHOULDN'T do that. I'd say pull your radio out of your dash to see if the plug to the radio is loose. If it's not loose, then I'd check the antenna mast.

Or.... just take it to your stealership. On my last truck (albeit a Nissan), I got them to replace my radio without keeping the truck to do an "analysis".... if you stand ground with Ford I'm sure you can get them to do a quick fix.
