I yell at my kids when they leave the back door open and let the air conditioned air out.
I do most of my local errands by running barefoot stark naked, except for carefully placed Airtabs glued to critical spots on my body -- despite a parabolic frontal area that's incredibly aerodynamic.
Other than that, I do absolutely nothing. I refuse to degrade my lifestyle in a moot attempt to prevent international fuel profiteers artificially improving theirs.
The cost of a loaf of bread, a plane ticket, or a UPS delivery isn't going to change no matter how many crappy compact fluorescent lightbulbs I install.
I promise to show real concern for the environment when Kuwait and Iraq start selling crude to the USA at reasonable prices as thanks for the brazillions spent as an investment in their freedom.
I suppose I could burn waste oil and home heating oil in my PSD ... but would such Civil Disobedience be the act of a Patriot, or just a selfish crime?
