No, I'm not advocating the use of this theory, but I'm willing to debate it.
Seems like if it truly separates the hydrogen from the oxygen, then as a gas, it would be a usable fuel source. Of course, it would be completely unregulated and unpredictable. But still it could work a little.

I'm really skeptical about this "free energy" and "double your mileage" device, sounds like a typical scam. It's also obvious that these so called independent review sites are affiliated with water4gas.com.
