A buddy of mine built one from water for gas and lost 2mpg do to the computer trying to compinsate. I built one from waterpoweredcar.com, and made my own map sensor enhanser and gained 3mpg, on an old gasser. I've heard of 6-7mpg with a different system I'm going to try. I don't think anyone should try it unless you fully understand how hydrogen works in a engine, so do your homework.
