I have got a 6.4 with 29,000 kms and a big hole in the side of the block. My dealer tells me they are expecting a complete drop-in by next Monday. That is really good news. I sent the truck in two weeks ago with what I thought could have been a seized turbo. You could drive the thing all day at less then ten pounds of boost, But sneek above ten pounds and Mr. Hide would come out. The truck would smoke, Knock, and rattle its cab off. So my ford dearler took it for a test drive, Because they could not find a problem, now we have a big hole problem, Trouble keeping oil in her HAHAHA. Seems to be a problem with some 6.4s. The up side is quick action from my dealer(STRANGE) but the down side is my truck is a 2008 King Ranch F-450 C/C DRW and I am afraid the thing will be all rattles. It is my tow truck not my beater work truck(2005 F-350 6.0l )
