I just talked with a guy at Ford engineering. I was told that there is no retrofit kit even though it is listed in the owner's manual. I was told tha if you are running high sulfur fuel to use a cetane additive and that will help. In order to run in countries with high sulfur fuel, the truck has to be ordered from the factory with a special export code. This code will tell the factory to program the computer differently disabling the regen (doesn't make sense to me because the DPF will get clogged anyway). Also, the truck would then be issued an export VIN number so it cannot be titled in the states.
