Its difficult to get a feel for economy by just saying "My 6.4..." vs "My 6.0 or 7.3" as EVERYTHING effects economy. Tire size & pressure, environment, lift, terrain, gears, mods, traffic, body style & length, cap, tailgate, etc. There are too many variables to just compare engine displacement.

Right, but what I'm trying to do is get figures from people who have owned both the earlier versions and the new one- I figure their driving habits will stay roughly the same so would provide a decent indicator of whether the 6.4 is actually that much worse for fuel economy than the previous trucks.
