I just got back from 1000 mile rountrip through the mountains from Denver to lake powell Utah. I averaged 13.8MPG pulling my boat at 70-75MPH. The lie-o-meter said 13.8. My 6.0 on the same trip with the same boat got just about the same but the lie-o-meter always read around 16MPG. My 7.3 would average about 15MPG with the same boat.

The mileage I get towing is almost identical to my other version PSD's. The place where I notice less MPG with the 6.4 is around town and empty on the highway where I'm about 1-2MPG less.
