I wish that was it. It would be easy to fix.

I tightened every bolt I could get to under there and it still does it. If you move the seat forward an inch, it stops. I've got it like that for now but would still like to figure out the root cause of it. That seat has always had the shakes when no one is in it. It vibrates a lot more than I've ever seen an empty passenger seat vibrate.
