I've read some pretty outrageous claims, and some very detailed descriptions of operation and benefit. I think it's possible to get a gain in economy.
But, for my vehicle (03' 6.0), I don't know. I say this because of a statement made on an eBay add saying that the 6.0 and 7.3 two part fuel injection caused no real gain in fuel economy.
The last time I asked about the two part injection I got no answer.
