Absolutely zero difference in fuel mileage when not towing. I installed my ATS kit at 30,000 and now have 239,000. Highway driving with no wind to effect fuel mileage I have got 18.7 MPG from the day I bought the truck new to the present. When towing I saw maybe a 1MPG increase probably due to better engine efficiency when pulling a heavy load after turbo installation. Unlike one of their competitors, ATS never did make any phony claims regarding an increase in MPG after installing one of their kits.
