I never have used a Equal-I-Zer WDH hitch but I thought they could be adjusted to level the truck?

I don't know the exact tongue weight, and it probably sags about 21" more than the front. I am goin gto try and readjust the Equalizer to see if that helps, but I did it once before, and I don't think it'll do much. I'd love some info on the spring swaps. Thanks!
