The Wilderness Society controls Congress? If that organization does that, as you claim, there'd be no drilling at all on DoI/BLM land and none of the shale pilot projects would even be happening. We're doing major research work with oil shale on BLM land here in Utah - all against Wilderness Society stances. If they control Congress, how is that possible?
