I had a similar experience. According to the manual for the 2008 SD, we were supposed to get a tire monitor FOB that would reset the low tire signal. I did not get one with my truck, so the dealer used their shop FOB to reset my tire pressures. If you don't have one, then any Ford/Lincoln dealer should have one that will work. My dealer was supposed to order me one but I forgot to stop and get it and am now working in another state.
