Pelosi/Reed got in charge the greens exerted a lot of force but it was resisted, now it is not, they follow lock step.
Here I am trying to do the alternative energy and now I'm getting resistance from congress that is silly. A 2 year study to see if solar power has a negative environmental effect? Taking away the ITC?
When they were not in charge they pushed the Bush administration to look at solar and wind, not they are in charge they are blocking it. I'm in both business and I know blocking when it see it.
