fission....a reaction in which an atomic nucleus splits into fragments whose mass does not equal the mass of the original nucleus and hundreds of millions of electron volts of energy are generated....... thanks webster,but i still dont have a clue.

expanding passed the usual "govt. incentives"....i.e. insulation,high seer a.c.upgrades,solar panel et al to small scale geo thermal,start to finish algae to burnable fuel...methane collection at pig farms and tax breaks for dumping your guzzler for hybrid. the $600 dollar incentive totalling a billion would have gone a long way towards algae diesel and methane production and others.
