08 Millage

If you are concerned about millage, which I believe most on here are at $5.00/ Gallon. I would stick with a very clean low millage 2006 6.0 Liter.
You can pick one up, King Ranch or Lariat Edition with all of the bells and whistles for high twenties in Texas on Ebay. You still have thousands left over to modify and update the truck and knock down 24 MPG dead heading with 600+ lb. ft. torque at your will.
The government mandate for clean air that has been put on the OEM's, has choked up the trucks. They have a little more power than the previous generation, but they are so choked up with the emissions, that the millage is horrible.

Does any one remember the seventies with the gas cars or trucks. It is going to be a little while until OEM's get this figured out.
