My truck in sig has a service body that I keep pretty well stocked. Mostly carpentry tools but a basic list of mechanics tools as well. I can get the 17-19 just by keeping a heavy foot out of it and keeping below 65 mph.
I have 285 75 16 tires, larger than stock. I have not recalced for the tire size difference. I figure that would make my actual mileage couple percent better than my numbers show.
