I keep it at 55-58 mph and around 1450-1500 rpm's. I stay away from jack rabbit starts and coast to my stops and try to anticipate traffic patterns. I also shut the engine off if I have to wait in traffic for a while (I have a train that I get stopped by frequently) and never let it idle if I am not driving. I can get 18 to 20 mph consistently. If I took off the snow plow brackets and bug shield I could probably get even better mileage.
