I think most here will agree, propane is a dead horse around these parts....and dangerous to motors in some instances..but to each his own.
You could turn it on and off use it only when needed.. Not really concerned with mpg's and a custom chip wont even come close anyway safety is a big concern. I am talking 70+hp on top of my sct programer.
