Sounds like you are running too thick a mix. I have run 100% wmo with no more noticeable smoke but the ambient temp was high. Meaning it was hot outside.
I now run in the 80 to 85% range. Is your source actually wmo or some blend of that? Sometimes people get a blend of used oils with different weights and i have noticed a difference there.
I run a heat exchanger so it affects me a little less than most. And I test my mix with a hydrometer so that its near or the same as #2. Bio-Diesel: Farm Grown Profit will help you with that.
