News to me.

I assumed that all 02 E350's with 7.3 had the same wiring harness.

The wiring harness in my 02 cargo van has lots of connections that are unused.

Remember that the control switch and the main part of the wiring are on the driver's side. There are only 3 wires going to the passenger side. Once you get the switch and the plug into the switch, it wouldn't be hard to make up the rest of the necessary wiring. Make sure you get the plug because a new switch($33) doesn't include it.
