He will no doubt make a racial argument as to the jury make up, but it is very hard to prove, and my no means a slam dunk argument. From what I could tell the Judge ran a pretty tight ship during this trial. However you can never tell what an Appeals Court will do, remember the Texas Court that overturned the verdict of that female satan who drowned her children one, by one, by one until they were all dead.
