May have contaminated WVO

Hi All,

I have been collecting WVO from various restaurants in my area for about a month and a half now and have about 300 plus gallons stored. My processor is on order and i hope to be running on BIO in a couple weeks. My question is how do i test the oil for contaminates. I picked up today from a new location and the oil is much darker then anywhere else i pick up from almost black like motor oil. I do not want to put this WVO in my 600 gallon storage tank and ruin the oil i do have. What can i do to test it? I am going to seperate it from my other WVO but would hate to get rid of a 100 plus gallons.

By the way what do you think about my oil collection trailer?
