I run 2thirds diesel 1 third oil in a four cylinder Ford trader and have a slight smoke at wide open throttle [most of the time] as it is loaded all the time.
Tried heavier concentration of oil that smoked and at idle would run a oily deposit out the exhaust[short and no baffles].
Hot motor=better burn.
