new clutch now grind noise?

Just got my clutch replaced at a shop in town. He said everything went good on the test drive. old clutch was a LUK upgrade and he said it looked fine when he removed it new clutch is a valair 06 ceramic-kevlar kit with a new flywheel. The problem is when in neautral and foot on clutch all is good but when i let off clutch there is a horrific grindind sound push in clutch and it goes away. When driving everything seems normal hits all gears no slipping no grinding into gears. The reason i replaced the clutch was shaking during takeoff in first and reverse. Any info is greatly appreciated
