sorry by vacuum gauge i meant air filter restriction gauge. Might try (when engine is cold) loosening exhaust downpipe from turbo, by doing this it will rule out exhaust problems. for gitty up and go speed the best example i can give is if i am on gravel or grass my truck will easily spin the rear tires. (found that out by accident but thats another story)
