Did your setup get replaced with a single mass flywheel? If so that's the reason it's grinding, and it's normal. The dual mass flywheel absorbs some vibration and noise, but the single won't. That gives you the grinding sound at low RPMs. It won't hurt a thing, and most clutch manufacturers will include that in their literature. I've got a South Bend and it grinds pretty good at idle and lower RPMs.
