Nah......I disagree. Both the 6.9 and 7.3 can be found with the 10.25 rear axle, Dana 60 (F350) or Dana 44/50 (F250), ZF5, solid state glow plug system, C6 tranny, 1356 T-case. Also the 6.9 and 7.3 were found in the '87-'91 body styles. Wiring changes have to do with body style not engine size.
You cannot assume anything based on the displacment of the IDI in the truck. Signatures with truck info are vital reguardless if there are one or two forums.
