theres more differnces then you think there are

the only 6.9 that had the zf-5 stock was the 1987 modle year and that was only untill the half way point (same with it being in the 87-89 style)

the entire glowplug wireing for the 6.9 and 7.3 are different

if you have a 90+ 7.3 you have the E4OD which the 6.9 never came with

the 6.9 manly had the T-19 4 speed while the 7.3 always came stock with the zf-5 (except the 99+ model years)

the T-19 uses a linkage system clutch insted of the zf-5 which uses a hydrolic clutch

like i said i vote no because it will get to confusing but if you do combine them we need more then 20 posts per page and make up to date signitures manditory
