If you have no injector clicking, then check the level of the HPOP first. The oil is what fires the injectors. To check the level, there is a pipe plug on top of it, just remove it and look in there. It should be within an inch of the top. That is where I would start. The dim wts is kinda weird though... Hope you figure it out and post the results so future ppl with same problem will find the answer.
