I have 22's on 37's, went from 3.73 to 4.56, I will tow a toyhauler once a month.
If you do more towing, you can think about 4.88's, but the 4.56 work for me just fine.
I went with maghytec diff covers, big fins and hold alot more fluid. It came with its own dip stick
