First off, should I be getting that much drainage? I don't remember getting that much on previous drains. Second, could it be that I just have a dirty sensor and if so is it is to clean? Right now the truck runs very rough at first start but after it warms up it seems to be just fine....maybe I got a tank of bad fuel  ....

If I try to drain with more than half a tank, I can get a gallon or two out.
I didn't see in your post - do you actually have water in your fuel? Little bubbles on the bottom of the container? It is possible that your sensor has become corroded, and needs to be replaced.
