This so sucks

I am "upside down" on my truck in trade in value versus pay off amount.

If I wasn't it would have been gone tonight.

Coming home from dropping off a trailer (I am an rv transporter) and crusing at about 65, 2000 rpm and maybe 8 psi. Truck started acting like it was out of time, some vibration and just a sense of lost power. Uh, oh, feels just like when I loss the HPOP in North Platte NE. But I kept on trucking down the road. By the time my exit for home came up, I could no longer get the truck past 50 and 1400 rpm. Almost stalled out at a stop light, in nuetral and kept the rpm up to 1400 rpm and then upon acceleration, banging through the gears, up to 3000 rpm in 3rd with no speed and power. Felt sort of like when I blew two injectors on the way home or when I blew an injector outside Lubbuck TX. Not as bad as when I lost an injector outside of Grande Praire Alberta though.

See where I am going with this?

I haven't a clue what's wrong. No black exhaust smoke so I doubt it it is an injector. I did put 50 gallons of fuel in about 1 1/2 hours earlier before I left Indiana but it was from a heavily used dealer that I have used a number of times before so I really doubt if it's the fuel. I do use Motorcraft cetane additive.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
